Condition of purchase or delivery
The contract will be made with LENIKUS Hotel Collection GmbH and will be finalized with the payment of the gift voucher.
Order
The order of the voucher will be made in the online-shop hosted on our homepage and paid by credit card. You will receive the voucher by e-mail. Please print this email as your reference. You can request the voucher by post without incurring postal charges. All of our vouchers have a Barcode to identify them. You must present this voucher with its Barcode reference when requested. The client is responsible for the voucher’s safety. Demo GmbH is not responsible for any loss or abuse of the gift voucher. In case of loss, burglary or devaluation of the voucher Demo GmbH can’t refund the value of the voucher.
Prices and products
The purchased voucher is not repaiable, in any form, for money. When sending the publications by post, Demo GmbH does not take any responsibility for the time taken for delivery. The voucher is only valid if the payment is entirely completed. If a validity period is printed on the voucher, the voucher can only be redeemed within that timeframe. Afterward, all claims from the voucher expire, with no recourse for reimbursement against the hotel. An extension of the validity period can be requested from the hotel.
Right of Withdrawal
Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off Premises Contracts Act. The following provisions apply exclusively to consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using our “Withdraw from Contract” function:
When you use this online function, we will send you an immediate confirmation by email containing the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including any applicable delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the affected voucher will be deactivated and can no longer be redeemed.
